Carolyn

Carolyn is a registered dental hygienist at The Chicago Dental Studio, known for her warm, connection-focused approach to patient care. Originally from Indiana, she always knew she wanted to be the kind of healthcare provider who takes the time to truly get to know her patients. She earned degrees in Dental Hygiene and Psychology from Indiana University Northwest, allowing her to blend strong clinical skills with a deep understanding of people and their everyday habits.

Carolyn is passionate about helping patients build simple, realistic home-care routines that fit their lifestyles. She believes in practical, straightforward guidance and loves empowering people to feel confident in their smiles, because to her, a smile is the prettiest thing you can wear.

Her patient-care style is relatable, honest, and rooted in genuine connection. She values building trust, learning from her patients, and creating an environment where dental visits feel relaxed rather than overwhelming. She continues to grow professionally through her involvement in the Chicago Dental Society and the Spear Study Club.

Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys music, photography, running outdoors, and diving into DIY projects. Her happiest moments are spent climbing dunes with her three kids and two cocker spaniels to watch Lake Michigan sunsets—followed by unwinding to true-crime shows.

Fun fact: Before becoming a hygienist, she once taught English in Romania.
