Camden

Camden had suffered an awful injury while playing hockey. During his game, he had a hockey puck hit him directly in the mouth, leaving him with multiple broken, unsalvageable teeth. Not only did the hit affect many of his upper teeth, but his lower teeth as well. Calling Dr. Hoffman almost immediately after it happened, the two quickly developed a game plan to restore Camdens smile asap. To get his smile restored, Dr. Hoffman treated Camden with a combination of crowns and veneers, implants and bridges on both the upper and lower teeth. Now Camden can smile again, and he will definitely be wearing a mouth guard when playing hockey from now on!
